Viele Menschen unterschätzen die Bedeutung des Kohlefilters in Umlufthauben. In diesem Video zeige ich euch aus diesem Grund, wie Ihr den Aktivkohlefilter euer Abzugshaube wechselt, warum dieser so wichtig ist und wie oft der Filter gewechselt werden sollte.

Oft versteckt sich der Aktivkohlefilter direkt hinter den Fettfiltern und viele Hobbyköche wissen gar nicht, dass dort noch ein Filter verbaut ist. Der Aktivkohlefilter ist aber für die Geruchsneutralisierung eures Kochdunstes verantwortlich. Ihr solltet ihn also im Eigeninteresse regelmäßig tauschen.

Nach 20 Jahren Dienst ist am Türgriff der Waschmaschine ein Plastikteil abgebrochen und musste ersetzt werden Im ersten Anlauf habe ich ein Falsches Ersatzteile bestellt Nach Kontakt mit dem Support und mit Hochladen von zwei Bildern und einem sehr kurzem Video ging die Rückabwicklung des Kauf schnell und problemlos auch dauerte die Rückzahlung nur 4 Tage ( Wochenende ist rausgerechnet weil keine Bank Buchungen in Deutschland ) Es wurde mir sofort die richtigen Teile genannt und die Lieferung klappt dann schnell Sehr geholfen hat mir beim Austausch der Teile die Video Unterstützung vom K11 Ersatzteilshop ( Super Erklärung ) Die Maschine darf jetzt noch ein paar Jahre weiter machen Alles in allem hat mich das 3 Wochen Versandzeit und ca 15 Minuten Arbeit plus 5 Minuten Video Zeit gekostet Danke 👍🏽

Es war sehr leicht, die passenden Ersatzteile zu finden und zu bestellen. Die Lieferung erfolgt in der kürzest möglichen Zeit. Die Verpackung war optimal.
