Siemens Trockner Elektronik austauschen - So geht es.

In diesem Video zeigen wir Euch, wie Ihr eine defekte Elektronik an eurem Bosch oder Siemens Trockner tauschen könnt. 

Die Elektronik, auch Leistungsmodul genannt, muss z.B. ausgetauscht werden, wenn der Fehler E63 (Leistungsmodul defekt) auftritt. Manchmal muss sie auch gewechselt werden, wenn die Fehler E56 (Kommunikationsproblem zwischen den Elektroniken) oder E92 auftreten (Versorgungsspannung zu hoch oder zu niedrig).


Lüfterrad Trockner wechseln - So geht es.

In diesem Video zeigen wir Euch, wie Ihr ein defektes Lüfterrad an eurem Trockner wechseln könnt.

Wenn Euer Wäschetrockner laute, polternde Geräusche macht, wenn sich die Trommel dreht, kann es daran liegen, dass hinten euer Lüfterrad für die Prozessluft defekt ist.

Dieses Lüfterrad sitzt hinter einer Abdeckung und wird direkt vom Motor angetrieben. Wenn das Rad defekt ist und der Motor sich dreht, kann es auf der Motorwelle hin und her rutschen. Dadurch entstehen die lauten Geräusche.

Nach 20 Jahren Dienst ist am Türgriff der Waschmaschine ein Plastikteil abgebrochen und musste ersetzt werden Im ersten Anlauf habe ich ein Falsches Ersatzteile bestellt Nach Kontakt mit dem Support und mit Hochladen von zwei Bildern und einem sehr kurzem Video ging die Rückabwicklung des Kauf schnell und problemlos auch dauerte die Rückzahlung nur 4 Tage ( Wochenende ist rausgerechnet weil keine Bank Buchungen in Deutschland ) Es wurde mir sofort die richtigen Teile genannt und die Lieferung klappt dann schnell Sehr geholfen hat mir beim Austausch der Teile die Video Unterstützung vom K11 Ersatzteilshop ( Super Erklärung ) Die Maschine darf jetzt noch ein paar Jahre weiter machen Alles in allem hat mich das 3 Wochen Versandzeit und ca 15 Minuten Arbeit plus 5 Minuten Video Zeit gekostet Danke 👍🏽

Neukunde, typisch, meine erste Bestellung geht schief weil ich das Teil selbst aussuche, Fach für Kühlschrank ist zu lang falscher Typ halt. Rücksendung Geld schnell zurück, das hat dann schon mal geklappt. Suche mir Hilfe und rufe an und sende das Typenschild, Super freundliche "Susi" , bekomme umgehend den richtigen Bestelllink. Teil ist auch schnell da, passt und wird schon genutzt. Das nenne ich tollen Service. Vielen Dank.

Es war sehr leicht, die passenden Ersatzteile zu finden und zu bestellen. Die Lieferung erfolgt in der kürzest möglichen Zeit. Die Verpackung war optimal.
