Ich bin auf den Ersatzteilshop gestoßen, weil ich auf YouTube ein Video von einer Waschmaschinenreparatur gesehen hatte. Meine Bosch Maxx 6 hat ziemlich stark gerüttelt und durch die Videos konnte ich den Fehler sehr schnell erkennen. Zuerst dachte ich, dann doch mal darüber nach, die Ersatzteile direkt bei Bosch zu bestellen, doch da kostete ein Stoßdämpfer über 60 EUR und im Ersatzteilshop habe ich das komplette Reparaturset inklusive Passbolzen für etwas mehr als 40 EUR bekommen, gut da kamen nochmal 15 EUR für einen passenden 13mm Bohrer dazu, da sich das alte Teil nur durch Ausbohren entfernen lässt, aber in Summe immer noch deutlich günstiger als die Maschine beim Fachhändler reparieren zu lassen. Die Videos sind sehr gut gemacht und der Versand vom Online-Shop ging super schnell, sodass die Ersatzteile bereits am nächsten Tag in der Post waren. Was bei mir kaufentscheidend war, dass man auf der Homepage unter Eingabe der Seriennummer der Maschine auch gleich die passenden Ersatzteile angeboten bekommt. Von ganz günstig und ohne großartige Beschreibung über Mittelklasse mit guter Spezifikation bis hin zum Originalteil von Bosch für den Listenpreis. Ich konnte mir also im Gegensatz zu anderen Verkaufsplattformen halbwegs sicher sein, dass die Teile passen. Auch die "Mittelklasse" Teile machen einen sehr soliden Eindruck, im Vergleich zu dem was ursprünglich verbaut war, sogar einen Besseren. Meine Maschine funktioniert jetzt jedenfalls wieder wie am Anfang. Ja OK, eine Rückfrage hatte ich dann doch noch, weil auf der Rechnung die Anzahl 1 vermerkt war, aber diesen Zweifel konnte die freundliche Mitarbeiterin vom Kundendienst ganz schnell ausräumen und sie bestätigte mir auch noch einmal, dass ich tatsächlich das Komplette Set gekauft hatte. Ich habe Schubladen für mein Gefrierschrank gekauft. Sie passen perfekt, wie mir der Kundenservice auch sagte und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Kühlgefrierkombi von Siemens KG32EF4. Daher verdiente 5 Sterne!

Ich kann diesen Shop ohne Bedenken nur empfehlen. Versand war sehr schnell. Die Einbauanleitung per Video kann ich nur empfehlen, wesentlich besser als sich die übliche Beschreibung durchzulesen. Man sollte sich auch die Einbauempfehlung zu Herzen nehmen. Zum Beispiel die Empfehlung mit den Handschuhen sollte man unbedingt beachten 😑🩹🩸. Die Handschuhe machen schon Sinn.

Ich benötige eine neue Schublade für unseren Kühlschrank und fand unter den tausend Bezeichnungen von Kühlschränken zwar eine Schublade, jedoch stellte sich heraus, dass dies die falsche war. Ich meldete mich beim Kundensupport dieser bin in kürzester Zeit, am selben Tag den richtigen Artikel raussuchte.
